Milton M Xavier

Milton Mariano Xavier is an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Energy Systems, from the Federal University of Technology – Paraná, where he developed an electronic topology dedicated to processing energy generated by small-scale wind turbines.

He is the founder of Greenboard Engineering and serves as the manager of the technical team, leading the development of innovative hardware and firmware solutions for various applications. His work is characterized by a strong expertise in Research and Development of electronic equipment, with a focus on inverters for solar energy, wind rectifiers, battery chargers, and battery management systems (BMS).

Additionally, Milton develops devices for the automotive and marine sectors, employing advanced signal processing and communication techniques, including USB, CAN, and Bluetooth Low Energy. Reliability and safety of solutions are always priorities in his projects.

He has hands-on experience in all stages of the product development cycle: from requirement definition and computational simulations (using tools like PSIM and MATLAB), to printed circuit board design (in Altium Designer and KiCad), firmware development in C language, and the creation of test jigs. He also leads the simultaneous management of multiple projects using agile methodologies, ensuring efficiency and fast deliveries.
